White Chilaquiles ($22) – Chilaquiles bathed in white sauce (onion, garlic, butter, white wine, heavy cream, half and half), mashed potatoes with chipotle accompanied with grilled chicken, topped with cilantro.
Pistachio Pancakes ($20) – Pistachio flavored pancakes topped with strawberry jam, powdered sugar, and pistachio.
