Florentina Omelet ($19) – Omelet filled with grilled chicken bathed in bechamel sauce with spinach and mushrooms. Served with mashed potatoes, sour cream, bacon and a muffin.
Chile Colorado Chilaquiles ($19) – Chilaquiles in red sauce with beans from the pot, beef in red sauce, cilantro, onions, sour cream, pickled onions with habanero.
